I like village Stoney run is near stores and restaurants. Save my gas and time. Its great to communicate with Jessica and answer to my questions!

I have not physically moved into the property yet, BUT I wanted to let everyone know Jessica was amazing!!! She was very approachable, and very knowledgeable about the property. She answered everyone of my questions without making me feel as if I was being a pest!. I really appreciate all of her help!!. We are super excited, and will provide an update once we move in and get settled!!

Management never answers or returns phone calls; too loud with totddler living upstais - running around all hours of the night. There are no apartments starting at $799. And 1% fee " Because that is just the way it is." Makes no sense.so glad I'm moving.

I just moved in & not only has the AC already broke, locks not work, burn marks on the counter, front burner not working... on Friday 8/9 they cut a hole in my ceiling & said theyd fix it Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday comes, my mom calls the office just to find out the company supposed to fix it didnt even show up. Ive only lived in these luxury apartments for a week and its the WORST investment Ive made so far. I was beyond excited for a new place, yet I should have stayed in my old one. Ghetto luxury apartments are what it should be called. Im so sad/disappointed.
