False advertisement do not put that it is roommating up top and bold letters put it down and find Print and everybody cannot see that and that's not cool because when you pay your application fee and you don't see that then you can't get your money back because everybody do not want a roommate and I'm one of them

Read other reviews for ArtCraft. I thought it was just this place that's horrific. They will NOT shell out money for replacement items, whether that be doorknob, window screen, parts to a door, parts to the dryer. They will come and go and mark your request as 'completed' when it isn't, repeatedly, so the issue is never fixed, and do almost a comedic job on what they do - like place a new doorknob and not screw it on so that it falls when you touch it. The emergency line is a cover to look good, no one comes after hours, even for a woman locked out in the middle of the night. The woman on the emergency line was so air-headed she couldn't even tell me if they'd respond that night, she just kept repeating the request is in the system and they'll get to it when they can (which is the next business day that they roll up late to). Is that where you want your college kid to be? They reuse old doorknobs so you have to fear getting locked out even when you have your key. The dryer has never been fixed, even when they claimed they ordered a part for it. I firmly believe they know what they are doing, have a policy to not spend money, and they don't care if you are dissastisfied, they will just continue to lease out. Get ready to be more stressed out with your home than you are with work. Shouldn't this be a place of peace? Not here. Go elsewhere.

lived here for a little over a year, apartments are passable for the money but nothing incredible. Moved out and now after waiting weeks beyond the legal deadline for returning prorated rent, getting cussed at, hung-up on, and yelled at by the property manager I still have not received all the money I am owed, left messages with upper management and got no reply. maintenance staff is amazing they really care about the tenants, management is terrible uncaring
