River Park Towers is the BEST kept secret. Property Manager Neva, office support, maintenance and security is awesome. I wouldnt want to call any other apartment community home.

This place is smelly, dirty and disgusting. The office staff is rude and incompetent. I would avoid like the PLAGUE.

The staff and process was a pleasure to work with.

The management team at this apartment building will lie to cover for maintenance not doing their job right or knowing how to do it. The elevators break down all of the time. When my family and I were asked to leave the reason given was that we were not in compliance with the lease. We were given a notice that said that we had to the end of June to comply. The management didn't come back to inspect the apartment and told us in the middle of June that we had to leave do to non-compliance. Management dose not do a check in run through and they do not provide pictures of what they say that are the damages to the the apartment.

River Park Towers is a pleasant experience. I am greatful for the pricing, privacy, peacefulness and the professional staff. It is well maintained. We actually receive more than what we pay for - trust me being from a high priced area prior to moving here. It is a pleasure. We receive the luxuries here at a lower rate than most places in similar areas. The neighbors are professional and the environment is clean and well kept. Thank you Morgan Properties and the staff for the hard work and dedication.
