    This apartment complex told my sister and her fianc that they had an apartment available, gave a false inspection report stating the apartment was move in ready, and collected a security deposit in the amount of $500. Upon physical inspection (by my sister, her fianc, and her soon to be father in law), there was visible water damage and lots of mold!!!! None of this was stated in the inspection!!! It is obvious that this entire situation was handled inappropriately. The least they could have done was return theyre security deposit. Theyre young and could have used that for the next apartment they plan on leasing. They REFUSED to give them their security deposit. Of course, $500 is not much and not worth taking them to court. However, I wanted to give anyone who reads reviews the opportunity to turn away from this place IMMEDIATELY if you were considering leasing from here. It is criminal the way they will take advantage of first time leasees. Please reconsider and feel free to ask me about my sisters experience!! Im a very busy woman but what they did was WRONG and I will make time to let anyone know about this!!!

    On August 7th my washing machine stopped working. As of August 31st it is still down and the office refuses to fix it saying they are only doing emergency work. Well apparently the empty apartment below me needing to be renovated qualifies as an emergency. No compensation for not having a washer either. I would not recommend this place unless your only other option is being homless. Whats worse is the management company for the place doesn't return calls or answer their phone.

    Apparently with the new property manager they have no disregard to the tenants living here that are Healthcare workers during this pandemic! I have lived on this property for almost 6 years and the last 3 yrs maintenance and office staff knows I work 12.5 hr shifts OVERNIGHT at the local hospital. After a very long shift last night I was woken up twice by banging on my door 2nd time they tried to just come in and then called all while I have to be back at work tn in 2 HOURS for another very long shift to take care of what could be a family or friend. I completely understand that you also have a job to do and entering the apt buildings during a pandemic can be quite risky but I work with positive covid patients every time I hit the time clock. It was the audacity you had to speak to me in such a tone when I put my own health at risk everyday to take care of others!
