I keep getting rats in place after a year was up so I went & put my 60 days notice in this place is not a good place to stay after a year.

We see that you left a 1-star rating, and we're not sure if that is by mistake or not, but we're very sorry if you have not been satisfied with Liberty Point in any way. Huge cockroaches, known as the "American Roach" were always inside on the lower level of the hownhouse. It was very frustrating. Thry would eventually die once inside but they were soooo big, it was scary. The old manager who is no longer there, was not friendly. She always seemed as if she was having a bad day & her office always smelled like ciggarette smoke. She billed us $100 for 2 blinds that we actually replaced & the Lawson company kept our $99 security deposit. There was nothing in the lease stating $50 per blind, nor did it say we would be forced to pay the $50 per blind if we couldnt replave them within 3 days of being notified. I will be taking legal action to see what can be done because its unfair. We were amazing tenants and left the home thw same way it was when we moved in.
