I've been living here for about 4 years now it's very quiet here neighbors are nice with a hello or a wave everything is near the property is kept clean and the maintenance staff reliable and if they can't fix it they will find a way and the office staff it's very nice it's always nice to be treated nicely! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fresh start!

This continues to be the worst experience ever! The Property Managers resolution to resident complaints is retaliation and harassment. Fixing problems that should never have occurred is NOT in their wheelhouse. This is what the bathroom in a newly renovated apartment looks like. Go to the property website to see photos under my review. Just a fraction of the horrible experiences endured. Its unfortunate a rating less than zero is not allowed. Save yourself the headache and aggravation. Move elsewhere!!!

My wife and I lived here for over 2 years and management was always courteous and considerable of any problems or concerns that arise. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, I would recommend Mariners Green to anyone that wants total satisfaction in home life.

Dogs allowed to be loose in stairwells urinating on resident doors and carpets.... Management told residents in the building to report it to the police but the police will not handle dogs that pee on others doors. No upgrades to old apartment yet rent has been increased by $500 in 2 years. I am paying the same amount as the person with an upgraded carpet and laundry unit. Partnering apartment insurance is a pain in the neck to deal with!
