Dont move here go to waterman' crossing. Legacy tech is a rip off. huge roaches, high rent 1,925.00. Atleast waterman crossing covers water and sewer. Legacy is the worst. They charge you double water bill when you move out. Taking your security deposit. The buildings and walls are run down. They are a rip off.. They charge you other fees as well.. This place is worse then courthouse green. One of the staff member has a major pms problem.. The city needs to tear these down and rebuild.. Waste of money.

These apartments are huge and the upgrades are really eye catching. The grey coloring and hard wood floors are a great combination. I really liked the washer and dryer in the units.

Please please please do not stay here we have only been here two months. The rent is outrageous for the poor service that you get . bug bug bugs and they dont do anything about it. Poorly put together this was by far the WORST place me and my family have ever lived.

Im a current resident and legacy farm is a great place to live and is in a amazing location. The neighbors are friendly and kind. Also the management team her is timely and punctual. This is a great place to live

Very nice office managers very informative. Walk through apartment very spacious . Looking for patio not with apartments only with townhouses too expensive. Will go back next year. Four stars
