I have been a Kings Ridge resident for over 5 years now. I enjoy the neighborhood and the staff. My work orders are normally handled right away and the staff always gives me a courtesy call to check and see if the work order was completed to my satisfaction.

I STRONGLY suggest that whatever is told to you make SURE it is in writing. I was giving misinformation numerous times and NOT one of the office staff would take ownership. As a business everyone should be on the same page and they are NOT!

Upkeep and attention is barely given to the back part of the community and Management never walks the property to make sure that things are running the way its supposed to be. People who do not live here hang out here with loud music and others come walk their dogs here and not clean up. Exterior lights never work and no one fixes them.

Hello,

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your residency and feedback regarding our community. We aim to provide our residents with excellent customer service and sincerely apologize that your experience here has not lived up to your expectations. Management does indeed take the time to walk the property at different times of the day and will address issues we find as they occur. That being said, we certainly understand the importance of the exterior lights. They are not on during business hours due to being controlled by a photocell, so we do have them regularly inspected. At this time, I would like to invite you to come in to the leasing office and speak with me in person or contact me by phone if that is more convenient for you so that we may discuss in detail any other issues. The maintenance is so poor. Every time something broke you got to pay out of pocket, they are not responsible for any damage. If you have not insurance they will may your rent anfd fees go up. The worst place ever in 20 years living in appartments community.

Here at Kings Ridge, you will not be held responsible for repairs required to maintain normal wear and tear within your apartment home. However, any damages caused by a resident and/or their guest outside of normal wear and tear will be charged back to the resident. This is also why we highly recommend renters insurance for coverage on your personal belongings or any damage that you or your guests might cause to your home that would result in repairs and/or associated fees.
