We lived here 4 years and are about to move out. This place used to be okay. They always have a problem with trash leading to weekly piles of it overflowing from the dumpsters. When the complex was sold in December, they lost their best maintenance workers who actually kept this place running. New management has changed policies included in our lease without notice. They cant provide consistent staffing to keep amenities open and office staff has been difficult to work with. At one point they told me I needed to talk to a manager every day for a week before finally telling me her last day was the day before and there was no manager now. My final straw was when management came into my home and then LEFT OUR DOOR UNLOCKED FOR HOURS WITH MY DOG HOME. All in all, the apartment itself is fine if you want to run your drier 4 times per load, but you dont want to live here.

Thank you to Adam from maintenance for handling things today when the fire department were here. He made sure everyone was ok and worked with the NNFD. You guys have the best maintenance team.
