Due to a flooding issue that was not handled properly, I asked to transfer to another unit. I was told it was being renovated and moved in a month later. It was not renovated. I have been in it for 3 weeks. The toilet doesnt work properly. It is infested with bugs. Most of the blinds are broken. 1 in the bedroom is stuck up over 6 inches. Nasty appliances, broken cabinet shelves etc. I used to like living here but now dread coming home after work. This is not the complex it used to be.

The tents complain about kids and will bang on the ceiling of your baby is crying! Tents lied and kept saying noise was made when no one was in the apartment! Only stayed four days, stayed at the other place and got a 21 day notice to fix the issue when you have 2 year old and 7 month! Breaking lease and havent even lived here a whole week!!! If you have kids dont move into this complex oh and security was called for a noise complaint and no one was making noise or thumping!!

Considered moving here to have my family help me due to health problems. But they don't do anything with troubling neighbors who make loud stomping noises all night. Scream racial slurs over the bacolony and the stairs are always trashed and falling apart. It appears being their a few years does not matter nor paying thousands of dollars in rent. Often when I come over to visit my family I snell drugs, have to avoid trash on stairs and a few times had stairs rails to come apart. What is wrong with having a peaceful place to live. This place has too many tenants doing what they want. Very sad..plus no upkeep.

Water heater lad leaked out and has taken them a long time to fix. Not it is leaking again. Dryer takes several times to dry stuff. I told them when I moved in and they said it works and same with the over. Temp never is what it says. You have to add several minutes to get things cooked.
