Ever since the new company has been here this place is going down hill....I have been here for 10 years and its a great property....used to be so beautiful and things were never undone or fixed never an eye sore....but lately this new mgmt never walks property etc....I have complained several times about new set of neighbours leaving their trash outside of their door for days, summer is coming....nothing is being done......there are cars with flat tires on property, people working on their cars on property, trash in front of property along side street patios are filled up with crap on them etc...I was told I cant have a gas grill or charcoal grill but there are 12 people out here with grills etc...landscape company comes out blows crap around and leaves branches, sticks in the street... This was a beautiful place for the office people cared....I have water spots on ceiling in laundry room and its from the ceiling on my patio for its from the people that power washed office has been informed and nothing done again they are lazy...I hope corporate makes changes for this is a great place......
