The charm of 16th and 17th century England greets you at Chelsea. The gently rolling streets, small groupings of buildings, handsome facades and the rough half timbers contribute to the overall beauty of the natural setting of stately pines and oaks that shade the walkways.

Chelsea is a wonderful place to live, the community is close knit and the staff have wonderful personalities and are more than happy to meet any of your concerns. My only concern is about the location the water bugs here are HORRIBLE. I also have mold in most of my windowsills, Chelsea is over about 40 years old, so its ideal but hard to work with and breath in your home. Chelsea is a bit pricey but I do believe in paying for peace of mind.
I've never had a problem while living here. It feels very safe. Management is always friendly and they try to put on events every so often to make it more of a community. I haven't been to many and wouldn't normally consider neighborhood events when looking at places to live, but I simply like that they care and that they're actively trying to make it a more enjoyable place. I haven't had many issues with my apartment, but when I do, maintenance is always quick to take care of them.
If there was any problems with the apartment, it was promptly fixed the same day or the next. I have asthma and when the AC broke, they brought a window unit in until the part came in to fix the AC. Maintenance took time to make sure I was comfortable.
Upon moving into our apartment, it had several issues because maintenance had not done a proper turnover. Current maintenance has been great about addressing the issues, but we keep encountering problems due to the poor turn.
