I lived here for a year and was sad when I had to move a couple of months ago. It is a quaint little tree-filled oasis tucked off the main strip. I felt safe living here as a single young woman living alone. Maintenance responded to the few issues I had very quickly. The office staff will treat you like family. Some military families and young people do live here, so sometimes I could hear music playing at night, but that was really my only complaint during the entire year.

If you love quiet, peaceful surroundings this is the place. I will soon have to be moving from my cute 1 bedroom apartment (new job) and I am sad. I have enjoyed my time here. I walk my 2 small dogs everyday and see the squirrels and hear the birds singing in this wooded area. Everyone picks up after their dogs. There is a large field on both sides of the complex. My emails and phone calls are answered promptly by Jackie and Shelly. Maintenance is quick to fix any problem. You get a numbered parking spot. Washer and dryers a few steps away. I reported a bug problem and after they sprayed inside my apartment I no longer had the problem. Thanks Chelsea for a pleasant experience in my first apartment after being a long time home owner.

First all I would like to say I am thankful to have had roof over me head for me and my family..... however..... I would like to say that Maintenance is a huge issue.... They do not keep up with the maintenance issues at all. I had a dishwasher stop working and get backed up, it filled with mildew, also on top of that, the downstairs bathroom toilets leaked every time you flushed, the washer connections also leaked into the carpet and I had a leak in the upstairs Bathroom. Every time you flushed the toilets upstairs it leaked into the walls and made it way down through the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. I called Maintenance to look at all of these issues and they did nothing! Sure did expect us to clean up before we left though. Mr. Maintenance worker with the huge beard you know who you are. Typical apartment complex that will not fix your issues and expect total compliance.... There are better places out there for your family.

Time to renew lease and guess what They make mistake in lease and send you a different lease that they copier from original and tell you this is lease you signed But it is not and they just do what they wa t and not say anything and u complain and Manager tells you they made mistake but that is ur new lease so last lease I intend signing will be leaving when lease expires... and water pressure still sucks
