Called and set up an appointment for a viewing at 4pm which they are open until 5. I left work early to be able to come in and view it fill out my application and get started but the lady at the desk said that she wasnt allowed to leave the office and show anything because she was the only one in the office. Im confused at how people expect to run a business if there is no one available to help but simply sit there if someone was to come in and tell people that want to rent an apartment that they cant help them.

I moved in and both my bathroom sinks were clogged, I told the people in the rental office and here it is 7 months later and still no one from maintenance has come to fix my issue. They find reasons and ways to add charges onto your rent. The ladies in the rental office are rude and nasty. I cannot wait until my lease is up to move from this terrible neighborhood. Moving in was the worse decision I have made this year.

Monthly rental and other fees, including the potential for charges for repairs to damages, are set forth in the signed rental agreement.
