    I have had upwards of 6 issues with my air conditioning in just 6 weeks (during summer). The office staff is not friendly (except for the maintenance guys, they are nice). Its overpriced for what you get. There is a cost for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. It's also very noisy and they don't regulate the pool so people have parties and bring guests, making it too crowded for residents to enjoy.

    Paper thin walls. Management does not enforce rules leading to smoking in the apartments and grounds, pets off leash, trash pile up, and round the clock noise. The building is supposed to be secured but there is no check system for people entering the building. Elevator is always broken. Staff spends more time in the Leasing Office hanging out than addressing resident concerns. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

    I have just moved in and it is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We are only here while we build a house but Im afraid I may never want to leave!!
