I've been a resident here at The Grove of Swift Creek for two wonderful years. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with a warm, modern southern atmosphere and charm by Lindsey. She has consistently been a delight to chat with and answer any of my questions. Once I moved in I soon met Erin and Alexis who were just as friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community fostered through the various events hosted by the management. Whether it's Taco Tuesday during the summer, National Night Out, or the newly added Karaoke night it has always been a blast! These events provide the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with neighbors after a hectic workweek. The abundance of amenities at The Grove never fails to impress me. From the well-maintained nature trails to the convenient fitness center and pool, there's always something to do in every season. When I found myself needing a garage due to allergies, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request, ensuring that I found a space that suited my needs at a reasonable cost. The maintenance guys are terrific! They will send a friendly wave every time they see you. If you have an issue, just go to the portal, and fill out a form, this is the same portal where you can easily make your rental payments as well and see your itemized rental bill. They do offer an emergency phone number but the emergency list is very specific so what you consider an emergency may not be on that list, but keep in mind that these guys work all day and night so putting that list into place is a great work/life balance for the employees of NTS and that is something I know to be how to properly manage and keep happy staff. I have been here for two years and I think I may have seen 1 change of employees and in 2024 that is big. Living at The Grove has truly enhanced my lifestyle in countless ways. I've not only found a comfortable and convenient place to call home when I need a break from my home office I can walk up to the office for a coffee or wind down in the afternoon in the lounge area with a glass of wine or refreshing flavored sparkling water. While every place has its minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from neighboring units, the overall experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. The security of this community makes me feel a lot safer than other complexes where anyone can just walk or drive in. Due to my line of work, I feel safer living here where the outsiders need a code for entrance. However, I do personally wish that the gates closed sooner and that other residents would not just let cars in as that decreases the security level. However, there are cameras on the property so if anything were to occur the perpetrators would be known and face penalties. The staff go the extra mile for security and I love that! For instance, they have placed chains at the other entrances so that cars have to either be let in by a resident’s code or by the office. Two years ago there was an issue with residents from a nearby community sneaking over and causing problems at the pool, such as during a holiday weekend when they knew the staff wasn’t around. The staff took care of that right way through communication with the residents and creating creative ways to make it so that only residents and guests could use the pool. Although I would like to see an increase in security and have the gates close sooner to increase the security, the cost of living, the friendliness, the environment, and the level of security are all better than in other places I have lived, and I have lived in luxury apartments in Los Angeles (North Hollywood). So, when you consider everything I have mentioned, the cost of living here is reasonable, plus I am sure missed mentioning a few other conveniences. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend The Grove to anyone seeking a vibrant community, modern amenities, and a slice of Southern charm. It's more than just an apartment complex—it's a place where you can truly feel at home. Laurie

I really love it here , I would stay here another year if I could . The Leasing office employees Erin , Lindsay , Alexis Are really nice and welcoming. Their customer service is top tier . They make sure that everything is taken care of in a timely manner, its also wonderful scenery, and clean .

We moved a week ago and love the ground for walking out dog. We notice ( maybe) it is the time of year but the tennis court is not used. A dog park would look lovely their. A fence is already their just need to move the net and remove pavement provide dirt. Just a great recommendation for our4 legs. Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. The scenery and the unimaginable view at the grill station. I have been a resident here for 3 years and all I’ve had was wonderful experience with the office staff and the management team. My mother is disabled and has many chronic diseases and they have treated her with nothing but respect and care. They personally installed a screen door for her and have fixed it on more then one account. The management team comes out in the middle of the night just to fix a flood or any problem that we are having. The office staff are very kind to the kids at the bus stop treating them kindly and protecting the neighborhood from the kids next door. They make sure the kids have a way to get through the gate after the get off the bus and on some occasions they would bring out snacks or treat the children to breakfast. They’re very kind to the disabled and kind to those who aren’t if I had any say in if you should come live here if recommend it. The environment is phenomenal and the respect shown is outstanding. If you have an animals or pets I recommend coming here for the free space and the energy it will bring to you and your pet. Almost all dog inclusive and a friendly neighborhood for your furry friend to make some friends. I 10 out of 10 recommend this place!
