    I have a few complaints due to age of the complex, and maintenance. I have had some ceiling leaks (the complex is old and so is the plumbing) management has always been timely in resolving these issues; trash dumpster doors are left open and dog poop not picked up (resident issue). Its a 50/50 situation. If I could find better for the price, of course, I would change. Not sure I could. Believe me, I have looked.

    Gail was great as far as getting paperwork processed swiftly and very pleasant. She gets an A+ for her customer service. As far as the management company they are the worse. I was suppose to move in at the end of January and then the fire situation occurred. I decided to change my mind on moving there no one stated I only had three days to change my mind and get my deposit back. IF YOU DECIDE ON MOVING HERE CHECK OUT THEIR FIRE HISTORY. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND BEFORE YOUR THREE DAY MARK.

    I WILL NEVER AGAIN RENT FROM OLD BUCKINGHAM STATION APARTMENTS! YOU'D BE WISE TO DO THE SAME! I have learned 1st hand that its managing team, GSC "the apartment people", do not care about their renters. They do not care about you or me. They are only interested in profit! When problems arise, the apartment personnel treat you like garbage. Their only care is getting the rent check from you and me every month. My apartment problems went unresolved, even though I brought them up to the management numerous times. These Apartments are worn out and need complete overhauls. They smell like smoke. Washers/dryers are very loud. Poor Layout: Dishwashers cannot be opened completely because they hit oven handles. Fridge leaks. Banisters are loose. In addition, windows are drafty and HEAT IS ELECTRIC. My patio door had a space in it where cold air pours in. There are so many better places to rent from in the Midlothian area. Please heed my advice and do not rent from GSC and Old Buckingham Station Apartments.

    Do not rent from this place. The pictures are misleading and the staff are terrible. The apartments and the complex are not well maintained. Calls to maintenance go unanswered.

    Living at the Old Buckingham Station apt complex was overall an excellent experience. Great value and amenities for the price, in a very nice area near a large mall and Wegmans! We especially appreciated the quiet, peaceful and nicely landscaped grounds. We loved our balcony and the fireplace as well. A great place to live.
