IF YOUR CHILDREN ARE CAUGHT SITTING STANDING OR RUNNING AROUND YOUR BUILDING, THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOU WILL BE EVICTED FOR VIOLATION OF LEASE. IF YOUR CHILDREN LOSE A KEY OR ARE LOCKED OUT, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW THE CHILD TO GET THE KEY TO OPEN THE DOOR AND WILL CALL POLICE IF THEY ARE CAUGHT WAITING OUTSIDE YOUR UNIT. THE OFFICE MANAGER LIZ HAS SNITCHES AND SPYS IN A FEW UNITS. SHE IS NICE NASTY CANT BE TRUSTED. THE TEAM IS VERY SARCASTIC AND RUDE. IF YOU SMOKE PERIOD!!!! I DONT CARE WHAT IT IS, THE WALLS ARE THIN AND THE VENTS CARRY STRONG SMELLS FROM UNIT TO UNIT. CANT SMOKE IN APT BUILDING HALLWAY AT ALL. ONCE A COMPLAINT IS MADE, LIZ WILL LET THE POLICE KNOW AND WILL CONTINUE TO WATCH YOU. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR IN PRISON. IF U ARE IN YOUR LIVING ROOM, PEOPLE CAN HEAR U ON THE OUTSIDE. YOU CAN HEAR EVERY MOVE YOUR NEIGHBORS MAKE. IF YOU WRITE A REVIEW THEY WILL MENTION IT TO YOU IN HOPES THAT YOU CHANGE IT. AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF MOVING IN, THE COSMETIC COVER UPS STARTED TO UNCOVER WHICH I WAS CHARGED FOR UPON MOVING OUT. THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND WONT ALERT THE WHOLE BUILDING ONCE ONE UNIT IS INFECTED. THEY HAVE SPIDERS THAT BIT CAUSING ALERGIC REACTIONS. THEY HAVE ANT PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THE TREES SURROUNDING THE BUILDINGS. THEY CONSTANTLY HAVE WATER LEAKS, POOR PLUMMING PERIOD! SO NEED RENTERS INSURANCE (Upon moving in)! THE ELECTRIC SOCKETS DONT HOLD APPLIANCE PLUGS WELL. POLICE ALWAYS AROUND. ITS OK TO TRY TO KEEP A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT, BUT NO ONE SHOULD PAY UP TO 1000 A MONTH TO WALK ON EGGSHELLS TRYING TO KEEP YOUR NEIGHBORS PLEASED. BUT HOW WOULD YOU KNOW THAT YOUR A PROBLEM IF YOUR NEIGHBORS TOO SCARED TO COME AND ADDRESS THE ISSUES. ALSO THEY ARE SECTION 8. THE KIDS HERE ARE BAD AND PLAY AROUND YOUR CARS BEFORE SCHOOL. EVERYTHING THAT LOOK GOOD IS NOT!

I have had an excellent experience with Mallard Cove. From day one the leasing manager has quickly answered any and all questions and my move in experience was a breeze. I have yet to have any complaints. I plan on staying until I buy a house!
