We moved here from Texas and most of our contact with the staff at the Enclave was by cell and email. The person who assisted us was exceptional and guided us through the process flawlessly. Everything represented was accurate and promises made were implicitly honored.
The apartments are well built, quiet and have exceed my expectations. Any concerns are addressed immediately and the office staff takes pride in remembering residents names. The view from my apartment is aesthetically pleasing.
During the summer it will be almost 90 in your apartment and you will be told your unit is functioning fine. You will report the ac in the hallway is leaking all over the floor and nothing will be done. You have to turn it off yourself and let the hallway get to be 100 degrees. They dont post office hours anywhere. One person will say open til 6 but whoever is in the office will check out at 5:30. Holding your packages hostage all weekend because they cant even open for an hour on Sunday so people can collect their things.
THe customer service here is TERRIBLE!!!! No one ever returns phone calls, monthly bills for rent, communications like Internet and DISH are constantly wrong, and they charge for everything - not allowing residents to make their own choices about providers - billing for water has to go through the community, which they charge for every month while the county only charges every other month. They add on an "administrative charge" for this privilege. Plus, they don't tell you about any of this until AFTER you sign the lease so you're stuck. Find somewhere else!
The walls are paper thin and maybe it's just us but we have loud neighbors on both sides of us and below us. When we have requested a maintenance man we don't know whether or not he actually came or not because there is nothing that signifies his visit. Our hot water rarely works and we have asked multiple times for it's repair.
