Absolute garbage place. Luxury is a complete joke. All cheap white appliances. You will have old appliances and cabinets with no handles. The carpet will be old and stained and not clean on your move in day. But they will charge you for replacement on the move out. The Internet is a monopoly at this place, no Verizon, no comcast, only the company that owns that place and its slower than dial up. If you work from home forget about it. You wont be able to load anything. Netflix will be low quality, due to slow speed. If someone is watching streaming no one else can use any internet.Mold on walls and ceiling. Our second bathroom had a brown spot on the ceiling from neighbors toilet leaking. Entrance is a smart home pad with pin code entrance and they know your code. You will get notifications that someone in your apartment without your permission. You will have maintenance visit EVERY week. We were on the first floor. Second floor neighbor drug addicts. Constant noise. Fights, walking. Walls are VERY thin, and floor are very old so every step above is a LOUD squeaking noise. EVERY night. 11pm until 5 am. Management did not do anything. I did not sleep for at least a year. Absolute sleep deprivation. Same junkie neighbor also came to our door at 3 am one time and was threatening to kill us for calling the cops on them. Banging on the door to let him in. Also, no action from management.Add to sleep deprivation fear for your life. Third floor neighbor alcoholic loud lady. Throwing drinking glasses from her balcony. My car was vandalized by her. Police report.No action from management. She still lives there. The pool is filled with random people who show up in cars from the neighborhood,so no space for residents. Fitness center is so dirty,sticky. Facility wipes are dry or not available, no disinfection. Its pure bacteria paradise. Check out SpotCrime app for complex criminal activity.

Great place to live for seniors. It is safe and the grounds are well kept. Maintenance staff are knowledgeable and quick to respond. The staff make every effort to host community activities especially during holidays.

Great location, good sized apartment for the price, and polite neighbors. I love that we're right across the street from the park, and that the property is set back from main roads while still close to grocery stores and restaurants.

This is a great place to live! from Jermaine in maintenance to the office administrative staff and manager, my experience has been one of friendly, professionalism and efficiency. They are pleasant and quick to respond to renter's request. My neighbors are courteous and considerate as well. The apartments and grounds are well kept and clean. If you enjoy walking, there are several surrounding trails and a lake to enjoy nature. I am so happy I moved to Enclave Apartments and anyone seeking a safe,quiet, and beautiful place to live with great staff, will enjoy living here as well.

I have lived here almost three years and its a great community!! I am amazed by how many friends I have made here and plan to stay a few more years. The maintenance staff are top notch whenever I have needed any repairs!!

lived here for 6 months and the whole time my upstairs neighbor has been stomping I complained numerous of times and you know what management says they need to verify how can you verify something if its happening at6 in the morning and 9 at night smh. I live in a pet free building but yet I seen two people with dogs in my building. Ive reached out to management they do nothing I sent emails and its not 3 weeks with no response I called the same day male answered the phone still have yet to get a call like I said that was three weeks ago
