I love living here for 3 years now. So many great extras like car and pet wash. The office and maintenance staff are amazing! Also a great job at maintaining snow and ice removal. The staff is always willing to work with you.

You seriously do not want to move here. We moved in right after they were finished building and let me tell you, they already looked like they were 10 years old...Cheaply constructed, issues with trash compactor from day 1...trash everywhere, breezeways nasty, rules were never enforced, etc......DO NOT WASTE your money...So happy we got out of there...

I am warning you now DO NOT WASTE your money! I have a certain standard of living. When I was shown the vacant apartment it was very nice plus please know I was not shown the apartment I would be moving into do to cleaning. Well when I signed my lease in Aug of this year and got the keys I was unimpressed. The apartments are maybe 3 years old. The work they did to put them up is far below acceptable. It appears their cabinet installers cant tell where a stud is located. I have some walls with textured paint in some areas and in others areas its flat. My apartment was not repainted after previous renters moved out. I have sent pictures to leasing agent nothing was done about it. The sheet you are provided 72 hours to mark down issues with place was filled front and back. They want a 700 security deposit which is hysterical. I never paid more than $100 and I have lived in much much nicer places. Not impressed at all. Please do not be filled. Ask to see the actual unit you will be renting and look closely at everything. Things I like carpet appears brand new, ceiling fan, and light fixtures. The rest is all super cheap and poorly installed. My cabinets have so many scratches gouges and chips in them already. I cannot wait for my lease to be up but I am really considering getting a lawyer involved and moving out much sooner. I have had the apartment for about 7 weeks and I still have completely unpacked because of the filth. Its apparent previous renters nor staff even did a quick clean. They have already sent out a notice about roof repairs...um it's how old again? In the 7 weeks I have "lived" here mostly staying at boyfriends place because I feel much cleaner I have had 4 dead worms on my carpet...I cannot even begin to imagine how. I have lived all over and never experienced dead worms on my carpet. So gross! Do not live here! Current renter for not much longer

Like my apartment however, the handling of trash is unacceptable. They have only one trash compactor on site. It has not been operational for months and in the receptacle place they brought in a large open dumpster which is parked in the middle of the street and is overflowing with GARBAGE!! This is a breeding ground for RATS! Among other things which are associated with filth. The smell is terrible and it makes my view from the top floor very horrible. I have stopped sitting on my beautiful balcony because of the stench and unsightly trash. I have called both community management as well as their property management head quarters and have not even been given the courtesy of a return call. I would caution you against leasing here if professionalism is important to you. I am horrified and will not be renewing my lease here.

The apartments look nice on the outside but dont be confused with the looks vs what your living experience is here...the quality of the apartments are cheaply made the noise level when in your unit is high. You can hear everything from the tenants above you beside you and underneath you. Not sure how they received a 5 star. Theres got to be some fixing there from the people that work in the leasing office which all need some serious training to include the property manager. When you have noise complaints they dont address nor follow up. They increased my rent the first year by 50.00...Will pay the price to terminate my lease to be free of this nightmare.
