Stay away from this place. The staff is just so hard to talk to, they have terrible customer service, they never answer their phone.

They get one star because zero isn't an option. Like everyone else said, Victor is wonderful! That man can do better than The Point at Bull Run... Great maintenance guy aside, this was the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I have too many complaints to even list here, it was the longest 14-month lease ever! Just don't guys... Dodge this bullet. Live ANYWHERE else.

The apartment is nice enough. It has a functioning wood burning fireplace and a nice wooded view. The appliances are a touch old. E.g. The washer/dryer is an ancient stacked unit that with kids has to run a lot. When I moved in it was full of water and the breaker was tripped. The sliding doors are not well insulated so the heat has to be run near constant in the winter but it can be gentle on the AC. SERIOUS problem with dog droppings in my area.

Recommendation for parking: Give residents the option of purchasing a parking permit for "out of town" relatives to prevent last minute crisis if family decide to visit at the last minute and after office hours. My Son and Daughter both live out of town. My Son have a handicap permit due to a handicap son. Parking is not the best if you come home after 8PM. Parking spaces are tight if you are driving a large vehicle. What do we do for our guests if we have a small gathering?

The electric bill averaged well over $300. The Sewer and Water bill averaged between $60-$70. This is extremely high for a small two bedroom apartment. The apartment always felt like a sauna no matter how low i would set the heat. Maintenance came out twice for this and said it was normal. Maintenance came to my apartment once while I was not there and when I returned home I had missing prescription medicine. The Tow Company called me several disrespectful names in front of my kids. etc...
