First, I'd like to say that since living here this past year, I have never seen a tow truck on the premises so I think those previous reviews regarding the parking/towing issue have been resolved. Aside from that, these apartments are spacious and every one of them has an incredible kitchen. Maintenance has always come out within a few minutes of calling them. The amenities are wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and lazy river every day this past summer. The pool area and gym are rarely crowded and the policies ensure that everyone is respectful of each other. I appreciate that this is a gated and a non-smoking community. I also love that they decorate the walking trail for the different holidays. Overall, I think this is a magnificent community.

The Gardens is a sophisticated 16-acre residential development nestled in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Lynchburg. It was conceived and built with the discerning resident in mind. The Gardens is a neighborhood for those who live an active lifestyle, but take their relaxation seriously. Ideal for busy people who want the technology and conveniences that keep them on track and up to date.

Application Criteria:
- Credit Report
- Background Check
- Proof of income must be three times the rent
- Cosigners are not allowed. Applicants must meet all qualifications on their own accord.
- Rental History Verification for the last two years
- $25.00 non-refundable application fee per occupant over the age of eighteen
-Deposit is one months rent with approved credit and can increase to 2 months rent depending on approval status
