Logan's Landing

Enough is enough. I am BEYOND disgusted and appalled that a pet owner would repeatedly allow their pet to defecate and urinate large puddles ALL THE TIME in the elevator in building 3 and NOT clean up after them. Very unsanitary, very disgusting, VERY rude and disturbing.

WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS A 5 BUT I FEEL THEIR COULD BE BETTER CLOSET/STORAGE SPACE. THE KITCHEN IS WELL APPOINTED AND EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT. ALSO AMY IS NOT ONLY 100% PROFESSIONAL, HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE LEASING MARKET WAS AWESOME.

This is my first apartment and the move in process was easy and the office handled all my questions swiftly and efficiently which I appreciated. The management team here is clear about expectations from residents and is constantly communicating things like trash pick-up changes, pest control services, etc., which I appreciate. The communication from the management team is extensive. I recently renewed my lease, and I'm thrilled that I did. The only thing that I would mention is that a con is that the walls are a little thin, but I think most neighbors are conscious of that and tend to be quiet for the most part. I would recommend it to anyone looking to move here

This place is great! The residents that I have met are so kind. The maintenance fellas are great and the leasing folks! Phil is awesome! He runs the show! He has always been so patient and kind...I ask a lot of questions! 100% recommend this place! The apartments are super cute too!!

Absolutely love the building and the staff. Great experience so far!

Although I was unable to live here due to budget issues, I wanted to make sure to express how positive mine and my roommates experience was touring and speaking with management yesterday. The woman that helped us answered all of our questions clearly and was beyond competent when it came to her knowledge of the details of her complex. She was incredibly kind and helpful and seemed to exude a humble excellence in her occupation. We left there heartbroken that it wasn’t obtainable to us, but know that it is somewhere we would love to be!!

Great Staff and nice apartments.

Very friendly staff and the maintenance work has a very quick turnaround time. The affordability is the best I have found in Lynchburg. Having hard wood floors is nice. The floors are easy to clean and manage. We save on the energy bill because the door to our apt is inside a hallway, which is always cool or warm depending on the season and day. This means all but the single outer wall is indoors. The automatic ice maker in the freezer is a plus.. the fridge and freezer are spacious and have clear shelves. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment.
