Very poor management lacks transparency, did not understand that I have two years daughter and could not leave the apartment until I found the new one. I and my family leaved in this apartment for more than one and half years but we were treated unfairly by wood- lee terrace management just before our departure. They were supposed to send me the lease expiration notice two month a head but they send me just two week before the lease expire and when i decided not to leave with them , they forced me to pay $350.00 extra for each month I stay after the lease expired. It took me some time to find a new place and move there but I end up paying $700 extra. Petty poor customer service. They lose me and all of my friends for life time.
I love the location an am very satisfied with my apartment. The maintainace crew goes over and beyond which is one of the reasons I have stayed so long. However, every year the rent goes up with nothing to justify that accept that's the emconomy. That is u acceptable.
Is A Quit Zone/Place And Not Too Far Woodbridge.
The rent is too expensive for what is offered.
Since I have lived at Woodley, there has been a few turn overs in management. Some things were promised and then forgotten when new management came in. It would be nice to see some of the changes take place that were previously presented.
Also, the apartments are pretty old and the floors are super squeaky - makes you feel like you have to tip-toe in your own home so as not to disturn your neighbors below. It would be nice to see some sort of action taken to remedy this feature.
