What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hopewell

It's quiet and well maintained. Also the general area is safe. There's not a lot of things to do but it works.

i like the warm climate especially in the winter. i like the access to parks and open spaces and i like the fact that there are many quality small businesses to support.

Several kinds of food restaurants within walking distance. Such as MacDonald, Bojangles, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Captain D's, and a couple pizza restaurants.Good roads and well traveled by locals.

I like that it's off the beaten path but not too far. The town is small and I can walk most places, however public transportation is weak.

There's a mountain view from pretty much anywhere in our neighborhood. Shopping mall with large Wal-mart for all your shopping needs nearby. Other suburban chains close enough to visit when the need arises but not so many choices to make decisions difficult.

I like to go to the park nearby with my family, where the air is fresh. The coffee shop nearby is also very good
