ere is a quick,caring response concerning maintenance. The apartments do NOT have roaches.
Questions are answered in a timely manner,maint. request are completed on time. I feel secure when I'm in my home and outside my home. The laundry room is clean and safe when I go over there to use it. Notices are sent to me when changes are about to be made that will affect me or my surroundings.
Cedarwood has excellent Management! The grounds are always well kept and your requests are always answered promptly. I think the pet park was a really nice addition for the families with pets. I really appreciate the cookouts and fun day management has for the community the kids really enjoy it and it shows that they really care about the Cedarwood community.
I love the community and the wonderful staff that we at Cedarwood Manor cause I have lived there since 1999.
I have been a resident for many years at Cedarwood Manor. I have enjoyed living in the complex. The only thing I do not like about the apartment is that it does not have washer/dryer in the apartment. I also have had a problem with parking in front of my building at times. Parking in front of the building should be for tenants and the guests should keep that in mind.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
