Good maintenance, very frendly staff

Stay away from this community. There are plenty of good rental communities in this area. I used to love this community but recently started disliking them.

One of the worst management ever. They changed the policy and start towing everyone's car. They expect all of their residents to stay alerted on emails like that's the only job they have in their lives. News flash no one checks emails and you don't need to teach people by fining them.

If you are staying here, better be ready to pay late fee if you pay your balance on 5th.

The staff is so pleasant and always aim to please. Also treat you like a valued customer. Maggie Patterson in the leasing office is awesome. She set me up with my Apt. from beginning to end taking care of all the details. She is always smiling and personable . I love the location , convenient to everything. If I need anything fixed, the maintenance staff is ready to help and solve the issue.

Overall it's a nice place to live. There are some minor problems with maintenance of outside area. Epecially in regard to lamps. Also it was stated that stage 3 will become fully gated community... And that never happened.
