My experience with ICON has been up and down. At first, it was great. The concierge was always nice and helpful, and we felt like we had found a steal. We've been with ICON for 2.5 years now, and we are now having to deal with construction right outside our window. When we asked for a resolution, we were ignored. I called the front office more than 5 times trying to speak to a manager, but was redirected every time, and told that he would give me a call back, but I received nothing. Their only solution is that we move apartments (during COVID), but all of the apartments they are offering are either smaller than our current layout, or way more expensive, or in the exact same building that we are in now!!!! The construction disrupts our peaceful living, and they have torn down the beautiful trail that we walked our dog on every day. Besides the construction, we have had to make several (more than 10) work orders to fix our A/C which was broken throughout the summer up until now (January 2021). You also have to be careful when you park in the parking garages because they have the tow company patrolling it like a hawk. For the price, this apartment complex is not worth it, especially since Camden and Station on Silver are right next to it.
