We moved in happy with the place. We had a much bigger apartment and didnt have problems with parking at first. Its been a month and I come home from work at 530 and can barely find parking. They say you require a parking pass but they dont enforce towing. They say you have a pass limit to the amount of rooms you rent but I have seen the people below us have four cars here and one without a pass. We have complained about this multiple times but nothing has changed. And dont expect to have visitors or find parking for yourself when college is out because they give passes to college kids when the pass limit for that apartment has already been met. It seems rules are only enforced by some who work here and not all the staff. We will not be resigning our lease in a year.

I am currently a resident, and this location has a HUGE HUGE parking problem. If you arrive home after 7pm, you will have to search for a parking spot, or you can rent a parking garage for an additional fee added to your rent. The apartments modeling are very much outdated, they have 10-15 year old appliances in each unit.

Very good complex. Seems like a private property area with all amenities. Office is open 7 days a week, if you need any help. I will be renting.
