The worst experience I have ever seen at Dulles center apartment stuff. We have recently visited their office recently after I got an email saying I was eligible to lease apartment. I took two of my friends to the lease office and we paid $100 deposit and $120 for application fee. One of the stuff members told us to bring our income information. we brought her everything she needed. We all are employed and self employed and she said that our income was high and needed 2018 -2019 tax projections. We went to one of the tax office near by and did our projections. However, she told us to fix our income, then we fixed it three times because we had already told our renters to find rentee that month and they found already. Every time she calls and emails us to bring different documents and we did all. However, after We spent our time and money /we spent about two months/ she told us we were not eligible to lease the apartment. We told her to lease for two, but she doesnt wanted to do that. She finally said our application fees are non refundable /she didnt say it as the beginning/. Anyway I recommend everyone not to apply this apartment you will loss your money for nething.
Very expensive but nice apartments. I love this place but I cannot effort this.
I am looking for a 2 bed room apartment
