I would never recommend this property to anyone.

The buildings are infested with roaches. I should have know better. I have never resided in a community where I am charged a monthly pest fee. There is also a $30 trash fee and monthly fee to park your vehicle. Unfortunately, that fee does not guarantee that you will have a spot to park your car near your home.

Very poor maintenance and response from leasing team. More cases of missing parcels.

I would not recommend living hear at all when I lived here there were gun shots. Also there was a shooting outside my apartment in the street

Stay away. The nickel and dime you with fees each month adding $100 to the rent. I had raw sewage flood into my apartment and they wouldn't replace the carpet.
