Good place but expensive

Nice community and enjoyed the tour with Fletcher. The three bedroom was amazing. I just wish that they had special rates for veterans or HCA employees due to the costly fee for rent and no utilities included. Other than that, it was beautiful!

If youre looking for a college atmosphere, this is not for you. There is a great diversity here at Kings Crossing. As a 60 year old, I was looking for a more quiet and respectful apartment complex . Kings crossing is all of that. Its a quiet development, with a very attentive office and maintenance staff. I am relocating to North Carolina, otherwise I would definitely lease here again !!!

Kings crossings has been the easiest transition into a move. Each person I worked with in the office is super helpful and knows how to answer all my questions. They also are very helpful and prompt on any accommodations needed( maintenance, negotiating, etc.) Not to add the apartments are in great condition from my experience!
