I moved 30 days ago due to the RATS!!!!!!, the woodroaches, the lawn care is poor, the rent is expensive for what we have to endure. mainentence get there when they get ready. the rats are the worse. its nastsy and everyone is lying about getting some control over it. channel 12 will be called. glad im gone i pray for the residents that cant leave right now.

Overpriced, poorly managed and the worst communication. Manager tells you one thing then you get a bill for $1000 you 2 months later. Do not recommend!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! Its looks beautiful but this place is infested with RATS not mice but RATS.They charge all this rent and cant get a decent pest control company to come remedy the problem. The staff is horrible if you can even catch someone in the office to help with your issues. You make complaints and they are never addressed. They cant keep any maintenance staff because they want to pay them pennies while they charge you an arm and a leg for rent. Then when its lease renewal time the rent goes up $300 and if you want to move you have to give them 60 days notice but you STILL have to pay the increase.. This place is an expensive SCAM.. BEWARE!!!!!

If I could give this place negative 0 stars I would. By far the worst rental experience I've ever had in my life. The townhomes at this place are infested with mice and roaches and the management company has no interest in abating the problem. Instead they give you the runaround and play games when you want to break your lease to leave this filthy disgusting complex Please look for somewhere else to live.

Good place but expensive

Nice community and enjoyed the tour with Fletcher. The three bedroom was amazing. I just wish that they had special rates for veterans or HCA employees due to the costly fee for rent and no utilities included. Other than that, it was beautiful!
