I can't wait to move because the parking is terrible and they tow visitors if they don't have a pass but make it difficult to obtain a pass, the "gym" is 3 dirty machines in a small room, the laundry is $3.00 a load to wash and dry but doesn't thoroughly clean the clothes and floods the floors after almost every use, there are bugs in the bathroom and kitchen, the heat only works when it feels like it, management doesn't return phone calls and is rude when you come in the office, and it takes 2+ service requests to have anything looked at by maintenance. The walls are thin, I can hear everything and the floors even shake when the kids next door run around. 0/10 would never recommend.

Great neighborhood. Excellent rental office staff. Poor, lazy maintenance guys. Very old apartments they refuse to fix up. Parking is horrible after 7-8pm. Great school systems. On bus line. Shopping centers in walking distance.
