Let me tell you I have experienced nothing but professionalism since my first call to the office. The application process was super easy and my leasing agent, Domenique, was absolutely amazing. She maintained contact and kept us updated. My mom had some very specific request for her apartment and Domenique made it happen with what seemed like the snap of a finger. My mom needed to change her move in date... it was no problem. Domenique worked with us to make our dreams a reality. The lease signing was super quick and easy, but everything was explained. I couldnt be more please with Domenique, Maggie, and the very friendly but quiet office manager (I forgot his name). Make no mistake Greenbrier Management is making changes and doing things the right way. Past reviews were based on horrible property management companies prior to the AMAZING folks at Greenbrier. Please come check Carriage Club our and ask for Domenique. I promise you that you will experience nothing but AWESOMENESS. My parents love their new home. I cant thank Greenbrier enough. This place is under new management and they seem to be really trying to turn it around. I actually feel like a renter and not a blank checkbook with these guys. Thanks Logan for listening to my past problems with the old managements and fixing them in only a few days.

Garbage was placed in the stairwell over a month ago. Now it has moved in front of my door. I told the management office again Yesterday and they said that they will move immediately, but they didnt . Still there today. New management same terrible service

This is the worst place I have ever lived in. We lived there from July 2017-May 2018. Property manager switched 3 times and never told us. Apartment was trashed and damaged when we moved in. No one ever returned phone calls. Bug problem. packages stolen.Renters beware. The price is way to high. AC went out for over a week right before we moved out. I am so glad I live somewhere else.

The apartments are larger that most communities and still a little bit less expensive. Great location! Close to so much. Maintainance is very slow. My biggest issue is their recent Implementation of their parking policy. Every apartment gets one parking decal. There are 14 visitor parking spaces around the community. They have a contract with a towing company that tows 24/7. The issue is that residents with more than one car have occupied all of the visitor parkibg spaces leaving no where to park for visitors without the threat of being towed. Most of the cars that have parked in the visitor parking spaces have not moved since they were first parked there. These owners of these cars need to buy a second or third pass or be towed. The office seems unconcerned about the matter

Awful!! Worst place Ive ever lived!! Ive been waiting since July 8th for my apartment to be fixed and only received apologies and empty promises!!
