Please save your money. Management is lazy and you will end up frustrated and unsatisfied. Lot's of pest to choose from. This is a place that you want to stay away from. Trust me it's not worth what you are paying. Hidden fees and service sucks.

I moved here September 1, 2018. At the time it was a Drucker and Faulk property. Around the second week of October the proper was under the new management Of Franklin Johnston Group with no notice to the residents. I had high hopes and kept an open mind considering I didnt have an issue with it but during first week it was chaos in the leasing office. There was usually one person there by the name of Rachael. Very nice but she seems extremely overwhelmed. The staff changes everyday. On any given day I could drive by and see the new maintenance staff sitting in their golf cart looking slouchy and sloppy with their feet propped up. I thought that looked very tacky and unprofessional. But what do I know?! I'm only a tenant. I wasnt used to seeing that type of behavior from the precious staff. Ricky and Shane would never do that. Anytime you saw them they were working. I went from having maintenance orders address and corrected within 72hrs to....ive been waiting for a month for new trim around my front door, pest control for carpenter bees surrounding my balcony door and still no screens on my windows. Its been a month already! Theres been so much trash hanging out the dumpsters and the gates seem to always be broke and open. I am over it!! I cant wait to move. Unfortunately I have 10 months left until I can leave. I also didnt find out until after i moved in that there was a police training Academy behind the property. Gun shots blare regularly. Considering there are many service members living here that wouldve been mentioned. My PTSD triggers everytime they train to the point I have to leave home. The inside of the units are nice but def not worth the discounted $1600 I pay and certainly not the $1800 other residents are paying for the exact same townhome. Right now, I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. Maybe in about 6 more months when they get it together but right now this is not whats up. Im over this already!!! Cant wait to leave.

This place has THE WORST accounting department ever. First we moved out, and for some reason it took a month to get the manager in the leasing office to give us a call back. But somehow they were able to send us a final statement for $135. I had to contact the corporate office just to get the property manager to reach out to us only to find out that we were wrongfully charged on our final move-out statement. Once she finally sent the revised copy, I sent a check immediately which was cashed upon receipt (I kept the documentation). Almost 2 months later now I'm receiving threatening calls and letters from a debt collection company saying that we owe $135 to Trail Creek. Yet I have that Drucker and Falk deposited our check earlier the same month they decided to send us to collections. We lived at Trail Creek for 2.5 years, never late on rent nevertheless carried a balance of over $10 on our account now our credit is ruined over a HUGE error on their part. Not to mention the "gated" community was never gated or working and left open during the day for anyone to come in and out. I work in property management and know ins and outs of processing payments and can't believe such negligence takes place as this was put on my credit. I definitely DO NOT recommend
this property.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. From paper thin walls, to hearing your neighbors whole conversation, hearing when they leave their unit and come into their unit is very frustrating especially when you have loud obnoxious neighbors like I do. You never get to park in front of your unit due to a two bedroom unit having three people living in it. Which takes up three parking spots including the one in front of my unit. Cars get broken into. Mines did back in the winter. Etc. Counting down the days until this lease is up!!

I have lived here at Trail Creek (formerly known as Oxford Trail) a little over five (7) years. I have met a host of respectable people: university students, down to earth military (Retired and Active duty, Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine and Coast Guard) and their families whom are all great Americans. I have enjoyed living in the Trail Creek''??s townhomes and I absolutely love it here. In addition, I think Trail Creek is a great place to live and prosper.
