Small. Quiet. A lot of friendly people. Cheap materials and rushed jobs but you get what you pay for. Its not the best but its not the worst. Just bring bug bombs and write down all of the things messed up and they will take care of it (usually)
I would not recommend living here the apartment i live in is literally falling apart the laundry room door shakes my whole house when being closed we have leaks , and bad plumbing , they are bug infested , very slow to fix any issues with apartments
SAY "BUENOS DIAS" TO LIVING AT CORDOBA APARTMENTS, where you'll be immediately enhanced by touches of Spanish architecture. Buildings designed of stucco and tiled roofs lead to a central landscaped courtyard through covered arched promenades. You'll feel like you're in a Spanish village, yet still close to major thoroughfares such as I-64 and Mercury Blvd. that make it easy to get to Langley AFB, Ft. Monroe and great shopping.
3, 6, or 9 month leases for studio apartments only.<BR>For all other units 12 month leases only.
