Hampton Local Guide
What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About Hampton
I don't feel like anything is unique here. There are primarily the same chain stores and restaurants you would find anywhere. There's nothing especially fun to do.
I like the safety of our building not having easy access to the public, our mailboxes are inside the building, our packages are delivered to an inside location, plenty of parking spaces, friendly neighbors lots of military personnel, diverse group of people
I like being near grocery stores, downtown, shopping, banks and other necessary places to do business and live. Neighbor is quiet but close to things you need.
Something unique about my neighborhood is , not even 5 blocks away there's a well known beach and peir, called Buckroe beach. There's also multiple different types of stores in the area all the way from clothing stores to vape stores. There is also some pretty good restaurants in the area that have been around for years.
There are old military bases around and that makes it unique. There are old and new bars and shop right downtown. And the beach is only 2 miles away
It has a big diversity of people. My favorite local business is the nail shop. And I like going to ptc with friends
