Resident 0ne year and finding The Atlantic is Wonderful and it begins with Wilma (manager) from signing, in the last month we have a total remodeling supurbly and without Any discomfort and our floorplan with lg. 2 BR/livingroom 2 bathrooms, amenaties: workout room, useable lg room with kitchen for private parties, trash shoot , hair salon, wash/dry room , 2 elevator, secure frunt doors,game room, lounge room, security sys, ample parking, shuttle to Shop cntr, close walking distant)grocery.CVS cleaners, tavern,gas sta., Ymca-pool , restaurants, inside mail,large backdoor door&reserve elevator for moving ,rear sundeck, entrance/covered & seating. Alway owned, we evaluate this building/co. as perfect well managed & affordable. 5 Stars.

Management went one too far this morning! Their cars are BLOCKING the way for trades to park and come in to do their jobs! They park back there every day so why should today be any different heaven forbid they park where the residents park and have to walk an extra 30-40 yards to come into the building where they work. But no they have the right to block workers here to do special jobs that should have special parking to bring in their equipment to do their specific job

If people read these reviews we the residents of this community would have gotten some help by now. All the empty units and now the word within is there will be three more units empty by months end. What is it going to take fo for corporate to realize that the staff of Wilma,Lisa and Ronnie could care less about any one of us residents. This community staff is over paid and all they do is treat the residents poorly We need a change we need to form a community action team. We hope we will get help sooner rather than later

Welcome a new month and it comes with new regulations from captain Wilma and her staff. Understand we used to have shopping carts that wretched kept in n the so called exercise room that the residents could use to help move groceries and alike from there car to there apartments .Now like many other convenient things they are being taken away. Ok so my point is this community is for 55plus and the staff treats us residents as little children yelling and now taking away some of our privileges. At this rate one is wondering whats next..Perhaps the next things will loose is or maintance personal . No great loos there . They might cancel Christmas ?. The saga continues.

Seriously Things are getting better. They raised the rent in a community that really offers no amenities.At th same time cut there own hours. We get it pay more get less .Really the office staff really not very efficient.If you consider the conditions here they need to fix and clean this place up Out dated dingy This community is not a great example of Short Pump living.
