Bye bye so long farewell. Moved out and on ! The beginning Was and adventure But the time has come to leave the drama Queen Ms Wilma on her preach. I hope whoever is next to call the Atlantic at Twin Hickory home will be able to tolerate all the drama there. Not to mention that the place has bedbugs , Mold and a serious Dust issue But Ms Wilma will be the first person to say Oh you cant smell the smell From the heat treatment they had to use to kill the bedbugs or the dusty A/C vents are not A problem or no that smell is not mold . Seriously In todays rental market $ 1250.00 dont go far but Do You Really Want the Drama of tis rental property offers. Think Twice take some advice PASS on This Location.

Got to get out: 5/17/23 Moving on 6/24 to a cleaner & more pleasant community in this same town This place Atlantic at Twin Hickory is Bedbug infested and is not a healthy place to live. The on site manager has no clue she is not going to admit to anyone that this is a serious problem. Such a shame if Caprite the property owners had the sense to hire a professional to manage this property in the proper manner this would be a good place . But when you hire inexperienced people who are rude and disrespectful to their tenants and dont cere you get a property manager like we have now Ms Harris . oH Boy!! I will be gone in about 30 days. As a disabled Vietnam Veteran I am sad to say this happens in todays world. Hopefully this review will help someone else not be miserable and have to cope with a issue as this Beware this is a Buggy Place.

Moved here in the summer of 2021. I love the building. Lots of quiet areas. Wilma, the apartment manager, is a very nice yet, no nonsense kind of person. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they come right away. Nice place!

This is a place I could see myself living. It is clean. The people are friendly and Wilma, the manager, is awesome. Maintenance is completed quickly and efficiently.

Resident 0ne year and finding The Atlantic is Wonderful and it begins with Wilma (manager) from signing, in the last month we have a total remodeling supurbly and without Any discomfort and our floorplan with lg. 2 BR/livingroom 2 bathrooms, amenaties: workout room, useable lg room with kitchen for private parties, trash shoot , hair salon, wash/dry room , 2 elevator, secure frunt doors,game room, lounge room, security sys, ample parking, shuttle to Shop cntr, close walking distant)grocery.CVS cleaners, tavern,gas sta., Ymca-pool , restaurants, inside mail,large backdoor door&reserve elevator for moving ,rear sundeck, entrance/covered & seating. Alway owned, we evaluate this building/co. as perfect well managed & affordable. 5 Stars.

Management went one too far this morning! Their cars are BLOCKING the way for trades to park and come in to do their jobs! They park back there every day so why should today be any different heaven forbid they park where the residents park and have to walk an extra 30-40 yards to come into the building where they work. But no they have the right to block workers here to do special jobs that should have special parking to bring in their equipment to do their specific job
