DONT RENT HERE THERE ARE HIDDEN COST THAT YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR STATEMENT, YOU ARE FORCED TO PURCHASE BASIC CABLE THROUGH THEM AND THEN IF YOU WANT INTERNET OR MORE CHANNELS YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE SEPARATE, AND YOU COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT ALL FROM COX ON A BUNDLE FOR A LOT LESS. THE APARTMENTS ARE COMPLETELY OUTDATED AND I MEAN OUTDATED ...LIVE THE 70'S ...BUGS BUGS AND MORE BUGS...THEY PAINTED B4 I MOVED IN BUT A 2 YEAR OLD COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THE LEASING OFFICE IS NOT HELPFUL. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR GAS AND THE AMOUNT IS DIFFERENT EVERY MONTH AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM HOW THEY GET THE AMOUNT THEY SAY THAT THEY TAKE THE TOTAL BILL FOR THE BUILDING AND DIVIDE THE BILL EQUALLY BETWEEN THE APARTMENTS. WELL THATS NOT COMPLETELY FAIR TO A PERSON WHO LIVES IN A ONE BEDROOM BY THEMSELVES AS OPPOSED TO A FAMILY OF 4. THEY USE MORE GAS FOR COOKING, HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS, THEY HAVE MORE DISHES TO WASH THEREFORE USING THE HOT WATER IN THE DISHWASHER...I ASKED FOR PROOF AND WAS TOLD THEY CANT GIVE IT TO ME. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE.

Okay so Ive been living here for about half a year. The model apartment and the apartment I was given do not even compare in quality. Obviously my apartment was awful. Bugs crawling through the windows constantly. The kitchen appliances havent been replaced since like the 80s. The employees who work at the leasing office there know absolutely nothing about anything. Literally no help at all. I pay 2 separate cable and internet bills because they have a deal w Cox and said that theyd set it all up.. no, I had to go to Cox myself and pay extra to get internet and cable myself. This is after 3 months of me asking for my internet and cable from the leasing office. Im paying $40 per month for about 6 channels. I dont know what else to add, Im just completely disappointed with this place. They try to suck every penny that they can out of you. My apartment was listed for $850, Im paying $1300 per month. I received an Eviction notice for not paying rent for November. The thing is that it was still the 23rd of November, rent is due on the first of every month.. dont move here. I shouldve did my research and read reviews before signing the lease that now costs $3,000 to break. Theres cheaper and nicer apartment complexes in Fredericksburg to choose from.

Our apartments are conveniently situated near I-95, Jefferson Davis Highway, Greenbrier and shopping centers. Our pet friendly community offers one and two bedroom apartments with full-size washer and dryer connections and centralized air conditioning. You'll enjoy the abundant community amenities including resort-style swimming pool, picnic and grilling areas, 24-hour cardio and strength training center and elegant clubhouse. Let your kids use their imagination while playing in the playground.

Our lease terms are: 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months, 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 months, 13 months, 14 months, 15 months, 16 months, 17 months, 18 months, 19 months, 20 months, 21 months, 22 months, 23 months, 24 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).<BR>Pet Policy: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $300 one-time non refundable fee (for pets under 50 lbs. fully grown) or a $400 one-time non refundable fee (for pets over 50 lbs. fully grown). An additional $100 one-time non refundable fee is required for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $20 per pet.
