I have lived here for about 4 months (since August 2017) , and this is an amazing place to live. The staff are very friendly and inviting. They offer workout classes like boot camp and Zumba. They do events all the time, and even offer a bus to take you to the metro for work. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. The maintenance is always fast and done perfectly. Out of all the places I have rented, this is the best hands down.
recurring mice problem, poorly addressed. overly burdensome parking restrictions for guests. poorly scheduled improvements and repairs - occur too often and frequency is extremely inconvenient.
High office turnover, termination of good staff members like Carlos, Tiffany and Billie (sp?). Poor grounds care, high cost, rule changes.
The maintenance team is great, the office staff is friendly, and the grounds are kept well. Our water does get turned off frequently, and I wish we would get some notification if/when it's turned off. I don't mind if there's a problem that needs to be fixed, but I would like to get notification via email or something so that I can plan my day accordingly while I wait for water to come back on.
No closet space; limited cabinet space in kitchen; no pantry; most of the time, the staff does not make sure we receive all important information (they send emails that don't reach us, while other less important things are put on our individual doors); people don't clean up after their dogs; very expensive
