37 West has supplied our ideal living arrangement. Everything they offer combined with reasonable rent makes them phenomenal! Nicole is an awesome leasing manager and goes above and beyond to ensure efficient processing of any reasonable requests. The smell of fresh-baked cookies greets you upon entering the clubhouse, providing a warm, friendly atmosphere thats followed up with staffs friendly demeanor. The gym, office and pool area are aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. We have a 2-bedroom apartment and absolutely love it! The cozy fireplace, quality blinds, 9-foot ceilings, over-sized soaker tub/shower and huge master walk-in closet spoil us daily. If you're looking for the most bang for your buck, your search stops at 37 West!

Be prepared to get robbed when you are terminating your lease and getting your deposit back. Long as Nicole is still working there. You will have a horrible experience. The owner needs to be reevaluated about why he hired Nicole as a property manager. She does no good for the company.

I was a resident at 37 West for 1 1/2 years. Things were great until Dee left. She kept unruly guest in line, when needed, and was so helpful to me as I moved there from another state, and she was great giving newcomer info to me. After she left, the children started moving in. I had been told the complex was 55 and older. Well, that changed quickly. Kids running thru breezeways yelling, and forget a quiet pool time.! Kids with cousins and friends Come on down When I asked about designating an Adult Pool Time, I was told that was discrimination! Other friends we made at the complex are leaving due to the number of kids living there. I was so happy during my first 6 or so months, but after Dee left, I counted the months till I got away from there! If you are considering moving there: ride thru the complex during open pool hours and around 5-6 PM. Things have changed greatly in the past 2 years. It appears money overrules having an upper scale apartment complex.
