Dog urine & feces being in the hallway, elevator, common areas and outside the building entrance are a regular occurrence. Must be agile to hop over dog mess .Sometimes it gets tracked all through the lobby from other people not aware of a mess on the floor.The staff usually will clean it after 48 hours

This property was wonderful in the beginning but two years of construction has really taken a toll. There is constant noise during the day for the past one and a half years making it impossible to work or sleep in during the day. It has been severally disruptive with no end in site. There is actual drilling into the apartments. The initial timelines turned out to be false and there is no word of when it will end. I would really consider the impact of the construction before moving in here. We paid full price for two years and severly lacked fulfillment of the basic need for a quiet living place. There was a lack of transparency about it when we signed the lease so make sure you are aware before you move in.

I have been at this apartment for 1.5 years - and leaving soon. My new car was towed TWICE in 48 hours before I had the opportunity to get a parking sticker (the office hours are short, and I like many Americans, have to work before 9:30). This including a second time with a note in the windshield explaining the situation and leaving my phone number! The towing company pointed fingers at the apartment, and all the apartment could do was lecture me about "resident responsibility" and offered ZERO empathy or concern for my situation, much less a refund or other remedy. UNHELPFUL, UNKIND, and cruel to residents. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE.
