Loud creaky floors and ceilings mean you can hear every footsteps and midnight bathroom break of your neighbors. Pests, including spiders, crickets, and roaches, are out of control even with raid and bleach cleaning. You get what you pay for. Great for someone who is never in town.

Ive lived in quite a few apartments in MD and VA area and have gotten accustomed to constant shoddy customer services and poor management. Ive decided to give Tysons View apt a try as price was best in the area and its right next to 66 and 495. Front desk lady named Patty had greeted me and provided me with all the information I needed to get me started and she was very pleasant to deal with. Ive since lived here for past 5 years and counting! Patty became good friend of mine. Diana, and Ana are all equally awesome professionals and super pleasant to deal with! Theyve been with the mgmt forever and this makes difference. This also tells me mgmt is treating their people well too. They also know me and my family by name and they also really care about any maintenance issues as if its their own. Its also note worthy that once you create a maintenance ticket, it will be dealt with and be completed on same day unless if its serious issue which they will call daily with updates and be proactive until issues are resolved. I've had no problem with their staff and mgmt and year after year theyve been persistently awesome! Three thumbs up!
