License tags recently expired on my car (I am paying tenant with a valid parking pass), I didn't notice, and they towed me from the parking lot overnight with no warning or indication after the fact. I had to call the local police to figure out what happened to my car because I honestly thought it was stolen and management wouldn't answer my call. A single phone call letting me know about my tags would have been sufficient, but I guess they care about immediate money more than the longevity of their tenants. Definitely will not renew and will always recommend against this place.

Apartment installed hardwood floors in the apartment above mine, which leads to unwanted noise. Staff is receptive and working to improve the facilities. Apartment is nice, but dark. Need to start towing at Devonshire as there is never available parking after 10pm.
