It was a fine place for its price. Its an old building so this is a noise issue but not horrible. There is a small roach issue but maintenance and pest control are on top of it

Andre is right..you can't please everyone and all you could do is your best to help and provide the best customer service to satisfy your client...AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT ANDRE JUST DID FOR ME FROM BEGGINING TO END. HE PAID ATTENTION TO EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WORKED HARD TO FIND IT TO MAKE ME HAPPY. HE DID EVERYTHING WITH NO COMPLAINT AND PROFFESIONALISM NOT LIKE THE OTHER MANAGER (MEAN WOMAN WITH LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE)! ANDRE IS A GOOD LEADER AND EVERYONE SHOULD FOLLOW HIS LEAD. HE HAS THE KNOWLEDGE AND ANSWERS TO EVERYTHING. HE EVEN CAME OUT OF HIS OFFICE WHEN HE HEARD SOME OF HIS TRAINEES GIVING ME WRONG INFO AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. I CAN GO ON AND ON WITH THIS GUY BUT IT ALL COMES DOWN TO THAT MY STAY HERE IN MONTICELLO ONLY BECOME POSSIBLE AND SATISFYING BECAUSE OF ANDRE!!!! THANKS ANDRE!!!

Resident since 2016. I have been reporting MICE INFESTATION in my home for the past seven months. The maintenance personnel would come and place a glue trap just to catch it. The pest company came in their scheduled routine check and sealed some of the possible entry points and still there is no improvement. Last week a new pest company came and found another entry point which was behind the dish washer that the old pest company didn't even check. Even after multiple maintenance requests for seven months I didn't get a permanent solution till date. In this week itself almost 10 mouse are caught. Today itself 3 (two inside the AC Unit and 1 outside the Unit) mouse are caught. Finding Mice and raising maintenance request is like a daily job and couldn't have a peaceful living as I have a 2 year old kid in home. My friends who are staying in Monticello also face the same issue. IT IS NOT THE SAME GOOD MONTICELLO I FELT TWO YEARS BACK.

Monticello Falls Church is a peaceful Place to stay and is accessible to shopping centers and Bus Routes if you do not drive.

If you love to live in a noisy, smoky apartment, this is the place to be. You can look forward to not being able to sleep at night or relax on the weekends because of severe noise issues from neighboring apartments. Management couldnt care less and will make you feel like an idiot if you go to them.
