Lee Square Apartments

Older building without a lot of luxury amenities and sometimes some older choices for appliances/cabinets. But if youre looking for a decent, no frills apartment with generous square footage and attentive management at a great price its a wonderful option.

Lee Square is a vibrant community located in downtown Falls Church. It has 10 out of 10 index of walkability; grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, even urgent care - everything is within minutes walk from the apartment. The complex is located between two metro stations, and with easy access to I-66 and I-495. Apartments are spacious, very well kept, with spacious closets. Property manager Barb does an incredible job caring for residents. My move-in and move-out went super easy, and I truly appreciate the overall experience with Lee Square and SR Management company. Lee Square is an unbeatable combination of price, location, and management, and I highly recommend you to choose this place as your home.

I can highly recommend Lee Square Apartments. I've been here for about 8 months now and this is a temporary solution for me. Barb is an excellent manager and on top of everything and Nick and Leonard from facilities are lightning quick. Every work order is attended to the same or the next day. Sometimes they are here within an hour of sending the request. There is also weekend maintenance service responding immediately. It is an old building so you will have to deal with plumbing issues. Management is trying to keep the buildings updated, though, and this year they renewed the roof. Barb and her team even managed to open the pool this summer although there was a shortage of life guards. It is super quiet and every unit has a balcony/terrace, which was very important for me.

Barb is an amazing building manager! She is very attentive to the needs of the residents. Lee Square is a hidden falls church secret!

The apartment felt like home from the moment I first stepped inside, and I've only grown to love it more. My neighbors have been great, the area is gorgeous, and almost everything I need can be found within walking distance. There are plenty of pleasant routes for me to take my dog for walks on, and there's a major bike trail reasonably nearby. There are several ISPs to choose from, plenty of restaurants that deliver to the complex, the Metro isn't too far, and the weekly farmers' market is just a few minutes' walk up the street. No complaints -- I've got just about everything I could want right here.

I've always felt like I was treated as a person, not just a tenant. The resident manager knows everyone's name, where they live and who their neighbors are ad their usual routines, just because she knows them as individuals, not just people who pay rent here. The grounds are well maintained by the staff, and any maintenance requests inside the apartments are handled promptly and politely. I've never waited more than the following day for a maintenance request to be fulfilled except when my dishwasher started acting up and had to be replaced. I've never had any concerns about the people who live here; everyone I come in contact with seem to be friendly, family oriented people who work and are engaged in the local area. I feel safe here and for someone who is single that's important.
