Leasing staff felt like dealing with used car sales. Went elsewhere.

I applied to this apartment on Saturday August 2017. The agent said I could apply without showing proof of income as long as I qualified for their credit score. She also promised the assistant manager would call me the next day, a sunday. Sunday came and went and I didn't get a response. Monday morning I got a call. I was thinking that it was to give me a response to my application. The call turned out to be that supposedly that my credit card had been turned down, I asked the leasing agent to put it through again. A rude woman, April Coleman, got on the phone stating in a most unprofessional voice that I needed to give her another credit card. I explained to the woman that the card was good. It's a credit card that has a $15000 limit that is hardly ever used. So a mere $30 application fee was NOT going to max. Finally, the leasing agent asked me what the expiration date was. Turns out to be they couldnt read the expiration date. The rude Coleman woman who happens to be the assistant property manager got on the phone again and said I had been turned down. I asked her what the credit score criteria was and the woman said they didn't give out that information and that I needed to provide proof of income. I explained that they truly didnt ask for this on saturday. I asked this Coleman woman to speak to her manager. She stated that the manager Joann Evans wasnt there and that she didnt have a voicemail, and that I would get a letter explaining the reason for the turn down the next day. It wasn't until thursday the 10th that I got an email vaguely stating that I was a pending risk. I called Friday the 11th and got Joann Evans the property manager. She explained that the credit criteria is "propietary" information and they don't give it out. I was never felt to be treated so disrespectfully than I had ever been by this place. i m currently a property owner that needed an apartment as I was moving from another city. I would never apply to this apartment or t

I love everything about the apartments. I would be so excited if you guys had a small fitness in the area. kakka. You guys have pools, I can't swim, you guys have tennis court, I don't know how to play. OMG I need sth to workout
