        I am in awe that Amberleigh is still getting people to rent. They raised rent prices by almost $200 and yet our heat is broken??? It hasn't worked for a month and there have been minimal updates to fix it. I blame Kettler for not managing this property. No heat, rats all over the property because the trash compacter was broken for weeks and trash was piled up on the sidewalks, holes in our walls for ants to come right on in and it seems no one gives a crap to make these apartments better. We have had friends looking for apartments, even toured and we gave them our honest opinion. They did not sign a lease and for good reason. Absolutely infuriating that I have to wear double layers with socks in an apartment that is not worth the rent I pay already.

        So, the trash was backed up almost into the street tonight. It is about a twenty foot distance and a pile about five feet high. Wish I had asked my partner to take a picture but the Snapchat was unbelievable. No wonder I see rats crawling around on patios and into cracks under the townhouses. It is absolutely disgusting.

        If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Made an appointment to see the property 3 days ago for today at 430. I am relocating for work and drove from CT to see this place. When I arrived, I was told they cant show me around because they close at 5. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Im so upset that I couldnt sit there and listen to the gentleman talk to me about the property. I came to SEE the property. I just walked out because this was a waste of time and gas to get here. Something should be done about this.

        This property is poorly managed and is run down. Dead trees wrapped in caution tape for months across the property, trash not being maintained in dumpster areas = not enough scheduled pick ups. Maintenance tickets go unanswered. Management avoids calls.

        PLEASE, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This place is such a headache. We thought since we work at the hospital next door, it would be worth it, but I rather have a commute then live here. We have had the worst time trying to get into contact with someone from the leasing office. From emails to constant calls, nothing. Finally after 3 weeks, we finally got through. They finally sent us the lease a week before the move in date. Today, on Easter Sunday, we get an email at 4:54 pm about how we have to move in 1-2 days later after signed lease date, 5 days before our move. We already have our movers in place, our Verizon scheduled for internet, and all other things already set for the 8th of April.

        Very rude person answered the phone when I called to enquirer. He would not talk to me and directed me to a website. If you wont talk to me when Im enquiring I suppose you wouldnt treat me any better as a resident. No thanks. Ill look elsewhere.
