I've been here for two weeks, and LOVE my new home at Shenandoah Crossing! So much shopping available in the area, some within walking distance, and pretty much everything you could want within about seven miles. Lots of activities, the great fitness center - I'm so glad I can call Shenandoah Crossing my home!
I could not have picked a better home for my family and I to live. The staff was so kind and understanding. There was no hassle like other places. The area is beautiful and everything is so clean. I am proud to call this our new home!
Have resided here approximately ten years, enjoying a quiet, friendly neighborhood, with nice neighbors. Landscaping is lovely and well kept. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to repair issue. Most importantly it has proven to be a very safe environment.
The first time we entered to the apartment we noticed that we have a bump on the middle of the living room area , we thought maybe is just the floor and nothing we can control .
Later as soon as we walked in we found a lot of spiders inside the house and we thought maybe because the place was empty for a while, oh well... .
After we started moving our stuff the first day we tried to take a shower and found out that the exhaust fan is really loud that the kids were able to hear it from their room .
next day we decided to do laundry and saw that the laundry was dirty and even had the previous tenants soap inside , we cleaned that. It took over 200 minutes to dry our first load , that is 3x times that took us before we cleaned the dryer lynt , verified that the vent pipe was not bent , maybe the pipe it self is clogged .
We just waited a little bit until we create our first service request until we found out that we have water around that big bump on the middle of the living area and we just realized that the leaking coming from the faucet is causing the big bump on the floor .
We found Broken blinds(living room) , paint about to peel off from the kitchen due the heat from the stove and low pressure on the kitchen faucet .
Unfortunately my wife who was really excited about moving to this apartment , now is waiting for the end of the lease .
Please next time that you are showing The LUXER ONE system , please let the guest know that they have to pay 50$us , which is not everywhere because i had this system 2 times already and they didn't charge me .
We hope that the maintenance crew comes and fix this problems , it's been 3 days and they didn't show up , We understand that a leaking faucet is not a priority but , we hope to get this fixed .
My only relief is that we are paying for location and not for the apartment features.
