I was a long-time resident of Regents Park before moving much farther out. I enjoyed my stay there because my apartment was comfortable and well designed, the complex is visually attractive, other residents are polite, the area has many amenities, and the ride into the city is easy with Metro just a short walk away. A big plus is that the people in the leasing office and on the maintenance staff were always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The rents aren't cheap (although far less than some of the newest luxury apartment buildings), but Regents Park is worth the cost in my opinion. The only two negatives I can think of offhand are that parking can get tight in the late evening and, because of how the buildings are constructed, you can sometimes hear if a heavyset person is walking in the apartment above you.

The model and the actual apartment are not the same!! The apartment I ordered (reserved) doesnt match the floor plan of the staged model and the floor plan I have seen online. With the actual floor plan of this Chelsea model apartment when I was shown it in person, I could not put the desk as in the model apartment because in the actual apartment there is a pop out cube of wall about 100 cubic feet, so it is obviously not the square feet is not the same After I moved in I complained with the manager about this problem in that the wall was not completely flat like the model where there is a desk placed, nor is this shown in the online floor plan....; I had expected to put a desk there like I saw on the day the model and online, but now I could not, they solved the problem by offer me to move to another model that I never like in the first place or moving or to another community. If I moved out then they would not compensate for me my moving cost. They were aware of this problem before by saying that not only me had this problem so If they could not treat me in different way. They expect me to pay for the cost of their problem of their incorrect presentation. So much hassle thinking of moving out after moving in

Staff is interested, houses are nice but some rooms are colder than others.
